Paediatric Counsellor Job Description

Believe and Achieve Paediatric Therapy is seeking a skilled Paediatric Counsellor to join our Campbelltown-based team. As a Counsellor, you will play a vital role in supporting children to thrive and grow in confidence and connection.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised support to children using evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming approaches.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop meaningful, child-led plans.
  • Administer assessments and use results to inform supportive strategies.
Requirements:
  • Full registration as a Counsellor with a recognised professional association.
  • Paid Working With Children Check (NSW).
  • Current NSW Police Check.
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
