Role Overview

The Pathways to Wellbeing Program Lead role is designed to strengthen the mental health and wellbeing of children, families, and professionals through the delivery of therapeutic group programs, referral pathway strengthening, and workforce capacity building in trauma-informed practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic group programs for children and families.
  • Establish robust referral pathways and community support networks.
  • Build organisational capacity in trauma-informed, best practice approaches.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field.
  • A current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • A strong understanding of child and youth development, mental health, and wellbeing frameworks.
