Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored support options that fit each child and family, using assessments, observations and understanding of child development.
  • Empower families, caregivers and professionals by building skills and confidence to support children in their everyday lives.
  • Connect children and families with their community to ensure they are included and can participate in the settings and activities they choose.
  • Keep thorough records of conversations, developmental progress and goals in a business system.
  • Guide families through the application, implementation and funding processes of NDIS plans.
Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification in Allied Health.
  • Expert knowledge in child development and ability to identify developmental issues.
  • Proven track record supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities.

As a key worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families. You will be working collaboratively with other professionals to deliver high-quality services.
