Job Title: Culinary Operations Coordinator

The Culinary Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation within our kitchen facilities.

This position requires a dedicated and efficient individual who can ensure seamless operational efficiency for our culinary team.

  • Ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and sanitised according to established schedules and food safety guidelines.
  • Washing, sanitising, and properly storing all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and glassware using industrial dishwashers or hand-washing techniques as appropriate.
  • Maintaining the organisation and cleanliness of food storage areas, including refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage.
  • Removal and disposal of kitchen waste on a regular basis, keeping the kitchen and waste areas free from refuse.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, reporting any hazards or maintenance issues to the Kitchen Management team.
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient and organised work environment.
  • Participating in regular cleaning inspections and quality control checks.
  • Adapting to changing priorities and assisting with additional kitchen duties as required.
