  • Develop and execute menus that showcase your culinary expertise and creativity.
  • Oversee kitchen staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain impeccable food quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes.
  • Collaborate with our events team to create bespoke culinary experiences for special occasions.
  • Manage inventory, budgeting, and supply chain logistics to optimize kitchen efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for teamwork and coaching.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering creative solutions under pressure.
  • A certificate in food safety, sanitation, and handling, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
