In this role, you will provide sales and administrative support to The Signal Group Sales team for Promotional Products, ensuring seamless customer experiences from initial inquiry to shipping. Focus areas include exceeding customer expectations, encouraging repeat purchases, and delivering exceptional service quality.

Key responsibilities:

  • Receive and assess customer inquiries from various sources, including website interactions, sales staff, and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with answering inbound customer service calls, providing support with order placement and other aspects of the customer journey.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and internal communications, directing relevant enquiries to appropriate team members or departments.
  • Facilitate smooth client onboarding experiences, including portal access, account applications, and deposit payments.
  • Manage front desk operations, greeting customers and visitors, and ensuring efficient reception processes.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate artwork creation and approvals with clients and designers.
  • Facilitate timely approval processes to meet schedule deadlines.
  • Manage sample requests and shipments according to company policies and procedures, coordinating sample selection and delivery to clients and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the Finance team to initiate invoicing for completed projects or deliveries, providing necessary details and documentation for accurate billing.

Suitable candidates should possess experience in administration and/or customer service roles, ideally within sales environments. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and proficiency in CRM or production software are essential. Ability to proactively coordinate stakeholders to meet customer needs is also crucial. This role offers opportunities for career progression, professional growth, and skill development within a dynamic organisation.

This position involves working Monday to Friday, typically between 8am and 4pm. However, flexibility is available for those who prefer later starts and finishes.
