Administrative Support Specialist for Financial and Legal Operations

Are you a detail-driven professional seeking a challenging role that leverages your organisational skills and attention to detail?
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in a permanent capacity. This key role will play a crucial part in supporting our client's financial and legal operations, providing comprehensive administrative support to both teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records. They will also assist with legal documentation, correspondence, and compliance, while liaising with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in legal and/or finance administration roles. Strong understanding of financial principles and legal processes is essential, along with excellent data management and reporting skills. Proficiency in financial software (e.g., MYOB, Xero) and MS Office Suite is required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, are necessary for success in this role.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career growth and development in a thriving environment.
