About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team at Virgin Australia. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted campaigns to promote our Business Flyer program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop personalized and highly targeted campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery across retail, acquisition, and other campaign activities.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate campaign development from concept to design, copywriting, build, and dispatch, ensuring timely delivery and post-campaign analysis.
  • Testing and Targeting: Conceptualize and brief testing and targeting initiatives across VA and VFF websites and other owned assets, ensuring optimal campaign performance.
  • Insight-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement of campaign effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate campaign progress, results, and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: Proven experience within a commercial environment, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management.
  • Campaign Management: Experience with campaign management and cross-channel marketing tools, including Adobe Marketing Cloud: Analytics and Campaign.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign results and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve campaign goals.
