Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive online traffic and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns to drive online traffic and engagement.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to optimize website and social media channels for improved SEO rankings and user experience.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, assessing against ROI and KPIs to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role within the hospitality industry, preferably at a luxury resort or hotel.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to track campaign performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
