Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Service Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our claims function, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and identifying claims that do not fall within the scope of policies, ensuring the correct outcome has been made.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution.
  • Preparing and drafting appropriate documentation for stakeholders when required.
  • Developing customer relationships to understand and meet their needs, delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Maintaining knowledge of insurance guidelines, legislation, regulations, and court decisions, recommending policy changes for continuous improvement and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated claims management experience in a complex customer service environment.
  • Ability to optimize business value by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
  • Possess technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation.
  • High attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
