Job Title: Senior Claims Resolution Expert
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Claims Resolution Expert to support our Specialty Claims portfolio. The successful candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders, drive value and benefit, and achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients by resolving and settling claims proactively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex and challenging claims within authority level and specialization.
- Collaborate with Claims Product Manager and Practice Leaders on large and complex losses to achieve optimum file outcome for the client and AXA XL.
- Proactively manage expenses through thoughtful expense management and claims best practice.
- Active participant in Quality Review Process.
- Assist Underwriters with policy review and drafting; participate in external marketing and business development activities.
- Coordinate and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest level of customer service and transparency.
- Produce internal reporting in support of best practice and reserving guidelines.
- Effectively manage, track and report on portfolio performance.
- Experience in solid direct (specialty) claims or other lines of commercial insurance.
- Solid knowledge of key product line(s) and regulatory environment.
- Up-to-date appreciation of technical requirements of the role.
- Proven ability to identify and analyze problems, create good solutions, and deploy sound decision-making skills.
- Proven record of providing a consistently first-class customer service internally and/or externally.
- Ability to build effective working relationships (internally/externally), establishing credibility amongst a wide and demanding client group.
- First-class report writing skills; ability to develop and present ideas and reasoned arguments clearly and concisely to various audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, a confident and articulate presenter to internal/external audiences.
- Excellent diligence and a meticulous eye for identifying inconsistencies or inaccuracies in data entry or data outputs.
- Able to organize self (and others if applicable) including effective scheduling, prioritization, and time management skills.
