Expert Claims Manager

As a specialist in workers compensation, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve optimal return to work and claim outcomes.
- You will provide injured team members with exceptional customer service and expert advice on their claims.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement claim strategies that ensure timely and sustainable return to work.
- Conduct regular claim reviews and case conferences as needed.
- Coach and mentor team members on strategic claims management.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience working in workers compensation/insurance environment.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record in negotiating return to work and rehabilitation outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
