Mass Spectrometry Regional Business Development Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team of technical sales specialists in the ANZ region.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, meet sales objectives, and expand business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring commercial effectiveness across the team.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, driving satisfaction and delivering on our value proposition.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
- 5 years of complex instrumentation solutions sales experience.
- 5 years in people management role.
- LSMS & HPLC experience.
- Excellent business skills, advanced selling and presentation skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
