Job Opportunity: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team at De Lacy Executive Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visiting customers to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Working with the sales team to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization
  • Ensuring the dealership brand and its subsidiary brands are promoted
  • Demonstrating and delivering new machinery to grow market share and create awareness of our product range
  • Following up on leads and generating new leads
  • Assisting with on-farm demonstrations and providing technical support
  • Supporting the Group Sales Manager and other salespeople with technical support
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through follow-up calls and warranty paperwork
Requirements:
  • A technical degree or apprenticeship related to agricultural machinery (to ensure visa eligibility)
  • Ability to build relationships with farmers and the wider customer base
  • Past experience in agricultural sales is preferred, but not essential
  • Current knowledge of agricultural machinery and commercial market awareness
  • Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively
