About the Role

Australian Distilling Co is seeking a highly skilled Venue Manager to lead the daily operations of our soon-to-open venue in Melbourne's CBD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring our brands remain best-in-class.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to establish best practice systems and processes for the venue
  • Manage operational duties, including rostering, forecasting, inventory management, and reporting
  • Ensure seamless venue operations, providing guests with an unforgettable experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislative requirements
  • Drive sales to meet targets and budgets while managing operational costs
  • Onboard, develop, and manage the team with hands-on leadership
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Venue Management experience
  • Focused, driven, and motivated individual
  • Desire to learn and adapt to our lean culture
  • Proven ability to achieve objectives and demonstrate results
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, 'can-do' attitude
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
