We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Main Responsibilities- Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently, ensuring high-quality food is prepared and served to customers.
- Train and motivate team members to provide a great customer experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and back-of-house areas.
- Perform opening and closing duties, as well as daily tasks according to established policies and procedures.
- Lead team members in efficient day-to-day shift operations, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food is consistently served.
- A positive attitude, passion for building a great workplace culture, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or fast-food industries.
- Safe handling of food, with preference for Cert III in Hospitality or equivalent experience.
- Able to multitask, adapt to changing customer levels, and handle cash transactions accurately.
- A valid First Aid Certificate.
