Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in mobilization, travel arrangements, and vendor liaison.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Effective planning and execution of mobilization tasks
  • Booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services
  • Liaising with vendors to ensure seamless operations
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in SAM, Oracle, and Microsoft Suite systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capacity to work well under pressure
Work Environment:

This role is based in the goldfields region, offering a unique opportunity to work in a remote setting. The site provides access to recreation facilities and operates on a Telstra network.

What We Offer:

This is a fixed-term position, commencing from June and running until June. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to extend their contract further.
