We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their leadership skills and take charge of a high-performing retail store.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive business results, improve customer experience, and maintain a high level of store presentation.

  2. Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and KPIs;
  3. Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store;
  4. Coach and train Team Members to become selling superstars;
  5. Drive business results through effective sales strategies and customer engagement;
  6. Maintain a high level of store presentation, including visual merchandising and inventory management.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results;
  • Coaching and Development: Ability to coach and develop Team Members to enhance their sales skills and career growth;
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service principles;
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
