As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our new and existing customers, providing friendly support and information on our natural gas product. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment, ensuring high standards of customer service are consistently achieved and maintained.
  • Responding to customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency, assisting with account setup, maintenance, and a range of billing-related enquiries.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, with call centre experience highly regarded but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently and effectively with both customers and stakeholders.
  • You will consistently demonstrate integrity, reliability, and positive workplace behaviors that contribute to a respectful team culture.
  • Excellent time management skills and resilience in adapting to fast-paced and changing environments.
