About The Role:- This position is responsible for transporting high-quality concrete to clients in a timely, safe and courteous manner.
- Morning shifts typically begin between 4am and 6am with the possibility of working up to 10 hours per day and approximately 50-55 hours per week.
- The compensation package includes a base rate, time and a half pay for regular hours exceeded in one day, and double time pay for hours worked beyond two hours overtime in a single day.
- As a professional on wheels, you will interact with diverse personalities daily, requiring strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- We utilize cutting-edge technology to enhance safety, optimize routes, and streamline load management.
- A minimum of an HR license (essential) with prior driving experience (preferred).
- Enjoy interacting with people and engaging in conversations while onsite.
- Prefers varied work schedules, as no two days are ever the same when operating our delivery vehicles.
- Takes pride in maintaining the appearance of their vehicle, ensuring it remains clean and well-presented at all times.
- Must pass a pre-employment medical examination, including a drug and alcohol test, with random testing conducted across all sites.
