Job Title: Support Service Associate

This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the effective administration of youth services at our Hoppers Crossing facility.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting the capacity of youth facilities and spaces to meet the diverse needs of young people and tenants through strong relationships, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Youth Services team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Offer courteous and professional reception duties and customer service to facility users
  • Handle enquiries efficiently, effectively, and with empathy
  • Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems as required
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A solid understanding of the service provision within the Youth Services team and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Administrative experience with a passion for delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations
  • Exceptional organisational skills, enabling you to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A strong working knowledge of relevant computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
