About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack and ship orders in a timely manner as assigned by management
  • Meet or exceed engineered metrics within each department i.e. units picked per hour
  • Support and perform audits during inventory counts
  • Encourage and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, problem-solving and counting skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and objectively
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual duties regularly
