Job Title:

Customer Service Associate

 

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and efficient manner.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers and providing accurate information and support.
  • Handling customer enquiries, complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolving customer issues and escalating complex queries to the appropriate team members.
  • Assisting in warehouse as required with Inwards and Outward goods.

 

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in the automotive industry is highly desirable. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

A customer-centric approach and genuine passion for providing exceptional service are also essential requirements. Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks are necessary for this role. Finally, a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow are crucial for success in this position.
