As a senior marketing strategist, you will spearhead the development and implementation of customer engagement campaigns across various credit products. You will collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute effective customer journeys.

This role involves:

  • Designing and delivering data-driven customer marketing strategies to foster deep customer relationships
  • Leading and managing end-to-end customer journey communication plans
  • Creating targeted customer engagement programs to drive business growth
  • Managing campaign approvals and compliance
  • Implementing test & learn plans and post-campaign analysis to inform future marketing strategies

You will contribute to a culture of exceptional service, teamwork, and commitment to excellence. Your key team measures of success are team engagement and internal customer relationship management.

Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, building shared understanding and partnerships that deliver real business results.

Key requirements include:

  • 3+ years experience in customer marketing and/or campaign management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or similar tertiary qualification
  • Proficiency in Adobe or Salesforce highly desirable
