Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through outbound calls, SMS messages, and email communication to nurture relationships, qualify leads, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
