We are seeking a customer experience specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery unit, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service management, with experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for providing daily direction and coaching to your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to handle complex customer inquiries and provide expert advice.

In addition, you will analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance the customer experience.

This is a pivotal leadership role that requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and business outcomes.

As a customer experience specialist, you will be expected to:

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies that align with business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:
