About the Role

The Deaf Lottery is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Growth and Engagement Specialist. This exciting opportunity will focus on developing and implementing strategies to grow digital sales channels, engage audiences, and convert single ticket sales to subscriptions.

The successful candidate will have experience in email marketing, data analysis, and social media engagement. They will be highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess strong communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the implementation of email and SMS marketing plans for the Deaf Lottery.
  • Support the growth and success of the lottery's organic social media presence.
  • Work with the team responsible for subscription program value, supporter conversion, and implement elements of that strategy.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience and/or study of digital marketing.
  • Experience with email marketing software.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understanding of data, metrics, and analysis with the ability to produce reports.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
