Job Opportunity

A challenging and exciting opportunity exists for a professional to lead the development of integrated marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing omnichannel marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute cross-channel strategies that leverage digital, social, email, physical, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the design and implementation of omnichannel marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Developing and introducing standardized workflows and best practices to streamline marketing efforts across all channels.
  • Analyzing customer behavior and data to identify key touchpoints and gaps in the customer journey.
  • Designing personalized experiences for customers across all platforms.
  • Developing consistent and effective messaging across various channels.
  • Utilizing analytics and performance data to monitor campaign success and adjust strategies to improve results.
  • Conducting A/B testing and implementing best practices for conversion optimization.
  • Providing insights into competitive strategies and recommending innovative marketing solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing and/or Business (advantageous) combined with at least five years' experience in developing omnichannel marketing strategies within a large, complex business.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across various digital and offline channels.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing technologies.
  • Ability to critically evaluate situations and make informed decisions in an autonomous fashion.
