About this role

The Property Manager Assistant provides critical support to the Licensee & Property Manager in various aspects of property management. Key responsibilities include assisting with inspections, maintenance coordination, lease preparation, and tenant communications.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A highly motivated self-starter who can function effectively as part of a team as well as individually.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to multitask, manage and prioritise your time.
  • A genuine interest in property management.
  • Relevant working experience and knowledge of property management systems are favourable.

This role involves assisting Property Managers in building and growing the residential portfolio by sourcing new properties and driving business development initiatives.

Key duties include handling tenancy arrears, scheduling and assisting with inspections, arranging maintenance, preparing lease documentation, filing and archiving documents accurately, and providing proactive support to Property Managers as needed.
