Key Role: Student Recruitment Expert

We seek a highly motivated and professional individual to represent our institution and drive key student recruitment initiatives across the country.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in student recruitment, building strong relationships with students, parents, and educators.
  • Represent our institution at school visits, parent evenings, career expos, and community events nationwide.
  • Drive innovation in recruitment practices, identifying new opportunities to connect with future students and expand our reach.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies for marketing, program promotion, and diverse student cohorts, leveraging insights into student engagement trends.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience working in sales or student recruitment, preferably in higher education.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including strong public speaking ability.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including proven ability to identify and manage key relationships and liaise with stakeholders in a culturally diverse environment.
  • Proven negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to effectively resolve sensitive matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems in an innovative and creative manner to achieve defined outcomes.
