We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our dynamic team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in the delivery of everyday HR operations.
This generalist role supports both our vibrant HQ workforce and our dedicated healthcare workforce based on client sites across the country. You will report to the Internal Human Resources Manager and work alongside Talent, L&D, and HR professionals as part of our energetic and award-winning People team.
Your responsibilities will include employment documentation, HRIS management, WHS coordination, and employee lifecycle support. You will also lead our Rehab & Return to Work coordination and play a central role in data reporting, compliance, and engagement initiatives.
Key requirements for this role include:
- HR Coordination experience and exposure to investigations and case management
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Experience managing priorities across diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and a working understanding of WHS/Return to Work processes (desirable)
