About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 140 properties, effectively liaising with landlords and tenants, and ensuring the smooth operation of our property management division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 140 properties, ensuring timely rent collection and maintenance of properties
  • Effectively communicate with landlords and tenants, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Conduct regular rent and lease reviews to ensure optimal rental income and tenant satisfaction
  • Work closely with our leasing consultant and administrator to ensure seamless property management operations
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for property management
Requirements
  • Previous property management experience, preferably in a high net worth portfolio
  • A current Certificate of Registration
  • Own car and driver's license
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and motivate others
