We are seeking a skilled Housing Manager to join our team at Be Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day tenancy operations, conducting thorough property inspections, and resolving tenancy issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of tenancy issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve housing goals, fostering positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Oversee lease agreements, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with social and affordable housing regulations and policies.
  • Work closely with the repairs team and rents team to ensure seamless property management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in tenancy management or community services, with a strong ability to resolve tenancy issues and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of social and affordable housing regulations and policies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Relevant certification in Community Housing or Real Estate is advantageous.
