The Position, but not limited to:
  • Assist with managing a very well maintained portfolio - all residential properties of approx. 60 buildings
  • Liaising with property owners and tenants
  • Assisting with arranging quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required
  • Prepare budgets for presentations to Annual General Meetings
  • Conducting general and committee meetings as required
  • Issuing meeting notices and preparing minutes
  • Dedicated assistant for support
The Criteria:
  • 2+ years' experience in a strata role
  • Valid driver's license
  • Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
  • Have excellent time management skills
