Senior Commercial Strategist

We are seeking a visionary Senior Commercial Strategist to lead our commercial strategy and drive high-impact projects across a growing national network.

This role is designed for a dynamic commercial leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and can drive outcomes across multiple business streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing end-to-end procurement strategies, managing supplier performance, and ensuring effective contract management.
  • Driving commercial project delivery, including business system rollouts and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the finance team to support business reporting, planning, and commercial insights.
  • Managing key customer and partner relationships, fostering strong alliances that drive growth.
  • Leading a team of experts across property, parts, and projects, providing strategic guidance and oversight.
  • Serving as a strategic conduit across operational, commercial, and executive functions, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with a strong foundation in commercial operations and leadership.
  • Senior leadership experience in procurement, commercial operations, or project delivery, with a proven track record of success.
  • The ability to operate strategically while also managing detail and execution, driving results-oriented decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing internal teams and external suppliers or partners, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving collaborative outcomes.
  • Exposure to automotive, industrial, or B2B/B2C service-based sectors, with a deep understanding of market trends and dynamics.
  • Project management or ERP implementation experience is highly regarded, with a demonstrated ability to drive complex projects forward.
