Talent Acquisition and Strategy Executive

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to shape our talent acquisition strategy and drive business growth. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans, align hiring with organizational objectives, enhance the candidate experience, and strengthen our employer brand.
About You- 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven ability to design and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Strong knowledge of ATS, recruitment tools, and data analytics platforms
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and high-performing talent pipelines
- Understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices
- Leadership and mentoring skills
You will report to the Manager Human Resources Services and lead a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors based in Brisbane. We seek a passionate and results-driven individual who is committed to excellence in recruitment and talent management.
