Mid Market Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Mid Market Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. You will consult with existing and potential customers to drive meaningful relationships that enhance customer experiences and contribute to our revenue growth.
This is a full-time position based in our newly established Sydney hub.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong sales pipelines while consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales strategies
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within Figma's Mid Market accounts
- Participate in promoting Figma to existing and new customers, requiring up to 25% travel
- Contribute to building the foundation and processes for customer-facing teams at Figma to support our ANZ customer base
- Work with Figma's marketing team to plan and execute on-ground events
- A minimum of 5 years of SaaS sales experience in a rapidly growing organization
- Demonstrated ability to close complex sales cycles and value-sell against business pain points and initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and willingness to be bold
- Deep market experience in ANZ
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This estimate includes additional benefits and bonuses.
