We are entering a pivotal era in international sporting competitions, with the Australian Sports Commission's ambitious Strategic Vision driving transformative change. As a key player in this journey, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of sports.

The Technology Group oversees program management and delivers complex projects across the organisation and sporting system. With digital technologies revolutionising all aspects of sport, we are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our Digital Transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coaching teams on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services.
  2. Managing project scope and timeline.
  3. Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings and stand-ups.
  4. Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration.
  5. Working with product owners and ASC teams during delivery.
  6. Helping teams implement changes effectively and resolve conflicts.
  7. Ensuring deliverables meet quality and security standards.

About You –

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and experience in Agile project delivery. You will have excellent planning and problem-solving skills, high-level communication skills, and be able to confidently work with Senior Executives.

Requirements:

  1. A proven track record of agile project delivery using hybrid methodologies and multi-disciplinary scrum teams.
  2. Ability to deliver concurrent deliverables to tight deadlines, responding flexibly to change and uncertainty.
  3. Clear, concise and articulate oral and written communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in product or project management, computer science, business or a similar field.
