We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our Canberra practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping clients navigate complex change by bringing structure, insight, and collaboration to every engagement.

Job Description

This pivotal role involves collaborating with a high-performing team that applies expertise and passion for portfolio, program, and project management assurance and advice. You will provide meaningful insights and pragmatic actions to drive improvements in complex government digital transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with our Federal Government clients, supporting the team with scoping, planning, and delivering major assurance engagements that shape public sector delivery futures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary degree in project management, risk management, business, or IT.
  • Certification in project management methodologies, preferably Agile, PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, PMBOK, or similar.
  • Strong background and knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in program or project assurance, performance evaluation, and audit processes, with exposure to latest frameworks in delivering assurance within Federal Government, risk management, project management, governance, and legislative compliance.
