Role Overview:

This is a key position within our department, supporting the delivery of immediate and coordinated assistance to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk.

Key aspects of the role include responding sensitively to customers in need, approving high-need social housing applications, developing relationships with stakeholders, supervising team activities, and working primarily in the field with rough-sleeping customers.

  • Appropriately respond to customers requiring support for homelessness or transitioning from supported accommodation.">
  • Approve high- and very-high-need social housing applications and transfers.">
  • Develop effective professional relationships with stakeholders to enhance customer outcomes and processes.">
  • Supervise team activities and exercise delegation as required.">
  • Primarily work in the field, meeting with customers experiencing rough sleeping.">
">Requirements">

A Class C driver's license is mandatory. Travel, including overnight stays, is also a requirement.
