
Chief Brand Leader

As a key leader in our Oral Nutrition Supplement portfolio, you will be responsible for driving commercial objectives and executing marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. Your work will have a meaningful impact on people's lives and contribute to a healthier world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual brand plans, including multi-channel engagement campaigns for healthcare professionals and patients.
- Utilise in-depth knowledge of brand positioning and insights to drive brand growth through effective campaign execution.
- Promote digital transformation, collaborate on ATL/BTL initiatives, and continuously evaluate marketing impact to drive improvement.
- Create robust brand strategies based on consumer insights, observations, and commercial performance to drive growth in the Adult Health Care Nutrition space.
- Own the execution of the marketing calendar, including campaign brief development, creative & media plan evaluation, and continuous optimisation.
- Lead projects related to new product development (NPD) and the innovation pipeline.
- Monitor monthly performance tracking for the brand to identify key drivers for business success.

You should have commercial acumen, navigate complexity with a positive outlook, nurture strong working relationships, and have a passion for the products and brands you manage.
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience, preferably at Brand Manager level
- Experience in FMCG, consumer or healthcare industry, preferably with Pharmacy channel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
- Experience in project management of marketing activations and NPD
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
