    We're seeking an exceptional Chief People Officer to join a high-growth challenger brand that's revolutionising the financial services industry.

    This impactful and influential role offers significant scope, leading a national People and Culture function with strategic emphasis on culture development, regulatory excellence, and business growth.     The ideal candidate is a highly established and accomplished Chief People Officer who thrives in high-performance environments, demonstrates expertise in transformational culture leadership, APRA reporting requirements, and inspiring high-performing teams while delivering outstanding business results.

    • Partnering with the CEO as their most trusted advisor on all people matters
