Job Title: Chief Brand Officer

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and skilled marketing professional to lead our marketing activities. As a key member of our team, you'll drive strategy and execution across all key channels, including content, social media, supplier campaigns, and influencer outreach.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing calendars and campaign plans.
  • Create and coordinate engaging content briefs for graphics, email, social, and paid media.
  • Oversee organic marketing efforts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage email campaigns and own the Klaviyo calendar and coordination, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with supplier brands on joint promotions and marketing activations, fostering strong relationships and mutual growth.
  • Lead in-store activations and events in coordination with the retail team, creating immersive brand experiences.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, from outreach to content approvals, ensuring authentic and impactful partnerships.
  • Develop and implement targeted social media strategies tailored to each platform, maximizing brand reach and engagement.
You'll be working with:
  • An in-house graphic designer for creative execution and visual storytelling.
  • An in-house content creator for short-form video and social content, bringing brands to life.
  • A performance marketing manager for digital campaigns and media, driving results and ROI.
  • The retail team for store-level activations and promotions, ensuring seamless brand experiences.
  • Marketing contractors as needed, providing expertise and support.
About You:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in multi-brand or retail environments, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Confident managing content production, timelines, and creative deliverables, with excellent project management skills.
  • Understanding of email and social media marketing best practices, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Hands-on, collaborative, and solutions-focused, with a commitment to teamwork and mutual growth.
  • Comfortable working in a small team with lots of autonomy, with a willingness to take initiative and ownership.
