Job Summary:

The Head of Brand is a senior marketing leadership position responsible for driving the brand vision and strategy across all channels.

This role requires a visionary leader with FMCG experience, passionate about storytelling and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and evolving brand strategy across channels.
  • Implementing integrated marketing plans (ATL, BTL, digital, experiential).
  • Driving innovation, insights, and customer focus.
  • Collaborating across NPD, Sales, and Category teams.
  • Mentoring and leading a passionate marketing team.

As a senior leader, you will influence key business decisions and be responsible for delivering impactful campaigns with measurable results.

You will work closely with the Tier 1 Marketing Director to drive the marketing vision and strategy for the organization.

  • Strategic and hands-on, comfortable in both planning and execution.
  • Proven experience leading ambitious teams.
  • Commercially sharp, creative, consumer-focused.
  • Track record of delivering impactful campaigns with measurable results.
