Job Description

The role of Chief Brand Growth Officer will play a pivotal part in supporting the business as it navigates growth, therefore this will be a very hands-on and execution-focused position with a broad remit.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive awareness, engagement, and fund growth through the planning and execution of integrated marketing strategies.
  • Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop targeted content for client- and merchant-facing materials, focusing on product features, benefits, and updates.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Associate to plan and implement content for monthly newsletters, websites, and social platforms.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in B2C marketing roles within funds management is essential.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and investment products.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptable and experienced in operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
