Marketing Leader

The role requires a highly motivated marketing leader to spearhead the development and execution of our FMCG beverage portfolio. This is an opportunity to drive growth through innovative marketing strategies.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, retail, and media channels.
  • Lead creative campaign development, collaborating with agencies and internal teams to deliver impactful activations.
  • Manage end-to-end product launches, from strategic input to go-to-market execution and post-launch analysis.
  • Drive digital & social media presence across multiple platforms, ensuring a bold and authentic brand voice.
  • Translate market and consumer insights into actionable strategies that differentiate our products in a fast-paced category.
  • Coach and lead a high-performing team, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics and present regular reports on campaign effectiveness, brand health, and market share to senior leadership.

About You:

  • 8+ years in brand marketing, ideally in FMCG, beverages, or health & wellness.
  • Proven success in delivering creative, multi-channel campaigns that drive real results.
  • Strong experience in social media marketing, influencer programs, and digital-first branding.
  • Leadership skills to inspire teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Commercial acumen to align marketing with business goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience with ATL, BTL, and shopper marketing tactics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
