About the Role

Milestone It is seeking a seasoned Change Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of a new Information Document System. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless transitions in information systems and driving user adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the change management process for the implementation of the upgraded Information Document System.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive user adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the impact of changes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure a positive user experience.
  • Develop clear and effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the change process.
  • Create and deliver training programs to ensure users are proficient in utilizing the new UAT Information Document System.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues that may arise during the change process.
  • Proactively manage and resolve challenges to maintain project timelines and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager, preferably in the implementation of information document systems.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience in leading and facilitating training sessions.
