Job Description

An exciting opportunity to work in a leading organization as a Bids and Tender Coordinator. This rewarding position involves managing, coordinating, and executing all documentation to ensure process compliance.

This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bid and tender submission processes at a national level, selecting and managing bid and tender writing, and ensuring efficient tender submission.

Liaising with key stakeholders, including senior management and teams, is also an essential part of this role.

Reporting and presentations are also key responsibilities.

Identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement is another key aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Experience in bid coordination or a similar role
  • Experience working in an industrial, government, construction, or commercial sector
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience using CRM systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the industry and sustainability practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
