Bid Coordinator at ARM Architecture

ARM is a leading architecture, urban design, and interior design practice, with an international reputation. We are known for our innovation and creativity and are looking for an organised, energetic, and preferably experienced Bid Coordinator.

This is a full-time role based in our Melbourne CBD studio, working with offices around the country.

You will join a highly motivated group of people to help win work by creating bids, submissions, and presentations. You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end bids/submissions process.

We are seeking someone with strong communication and organisational skills to support the Communications Manager and a group of senior leaders to deliver high-quality, compelling submissions.

Ideally you have a knowledge of architecture or the built environment and experience in preparing bids or grant applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end bids/submissions process, from bid formation to final submission

  • Engage key stakeholders to gather input for business submissions and ensure timely delivery

  • Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy and consistency prior to submission

  • Track bid notifications and follow up on outcomes

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of templates and bid material and collateral

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field

  • Experience in coordinating bids and tenders in architecture, other built environment or professional services industries

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite desirable)
