Support Coordinator for Client Relations

As a Coordinator of Client Services, you will provide administrative support and liaison functions to professional advisory teams.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain client databases and collate client packages for smooth operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and external organizations: submit forms, lodge documents, make telephone calls, and obtain information via online portals.
- Prepare, review, and finalize forms, correspondence, and other critical documents for clients in support of accounting teams.
- Undertake general administration duties for accounting teams, including regular reporting, meetings, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Respond to client inquiries via telephone and correspondence.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, effective time management skills, and proficiency in IT systems. They will also be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
Success in this role requires strong organizational abilities, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
